The Mission of the Prairie-Hills SD 144 Human  Resources Department is to recruit, support, and retain highly qualified personnel. The Prairie-Hills ESD 144 Human Resources Department strives to maximize the potential of our students by recruiting quality personnel, and by courteous services to all of our employees and stakeholders.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment, compensation, and benefits, staffing allocations, employment opportunities, teacher and administrator certifications, student services, transfers, contract negotiations, staff evaluations, benefits administration, paraprofessional certification, guest teaching and the implementation of No Child Left Behind (NCLB) as it relates to Human Resources.
