We’ve just completed our first week of school and we’re off to a great start! Schools are beginning ‘Meet The Teachers’ Night’ starting the week of August 30th.  Parents please check the District calendar so you don’t miss an excellent opportunity to meet your child/rens teacher and other staff, as well as find out what your child/rens Principal has planned for them this school year.

Registration will take place on the following dates/times at Prairie-Hills District Office-Annex, located at 3055 West 163rd Street, (rear west side of building).

Prairie-Hills Student Takes 1st Place in Regional Math Bowl!
Malina Wordlaw received 1st place at the Regional Math Bowl. Congratulations Malina!


Suburban Cook County Regional Superintendent Honors Prairie-Hills School District 144

Dr. Charles A. Flowers, Regional Superintendent, Suburban Cook County Regional Office of Education Presented Prairie-Hills School District 144 with an official proclamation that identifies April 25th, each year as "Prairie-Hills School District 144 Day."

 

State of Illinois Senate Recognition

The Illinois Senate of the 95th General Assembly of the State of Illinois honored Prairie-Hills School District 144 for having 6 of 8 schools named to the ISBE Academic Honor Roll.

 

Highlands School Selected as 1 of 25 schools in the nation as an Urban Excellence In Education award finalist 2009
